Terms & Consultancy Policy

  • Appointment Policy: Meetings are strictly subject to prior appointment only. Walk-in consultations are not permitted.
  • Consultancy Charges: Meeting / consultancy fees are ₹5,000/- only, payable in advance.
  • GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applicable on all services as per prevailing government regulations.
  • Payment Terms:
    • 80% of the total professional fee is payable in advance before commencement of investigation.
    • The remaining 20% is payable after completion of 50% of the investigation work.
    • The final investigation report will be delivered after completion of the assignment. The report may contain favourable or unfavourable findings.
    • Any additional investigation, information, or extension of services will be charged separately.
    • All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • If the Client discontinues the services, the remaining balance shall still be payable.
    • If the investigation subject relocates outside the city, professional charges will be doubled and travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be borne by the Client.
  • Invoice Policy: A formal invoice will be issued after receipt of full payment.
  • Timeline Disclaimer: The standard investigation timeline is 7–10 working days. However, this may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
  • Company Confidentiality Procedures:
    • Alerteye Detective Private Limited follows strict confidentiality procedures to protect client privacy.
    • Confidentiality agreements are maintained to safeguard the rights and privacy of all clients.
    • Confidentiality is preserved at every stage, from consultation to completion of investigation.
    • Client documents and information are handled only by authorized personnel, including the Chief Investigation Officer.
    • Upon completion of services, all client documents are securely destroyed unless otherwise requested by the Client.
  • Confidentiality Obligations:
    • The Client acknowledges that confidential and proprietary information may be shared during the engagement.
    • The Client agrees not to disclose, misuse, or share such confidential information under any circumstances.
    • The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including the Indian Penal Code and other legal provisions.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from investigation services.
    • The Company shall not be responsible for any communication or actions taken by the Client with the investigation subject.
    • If any surveillance equipment is damaged, lost, or seized during investigation, the Client agrees to bear the replacement cost.
    • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any legal claims or liabilities.
  • Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution:
    • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
    • All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
    • Any legal proceedings shall be filed only in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
